Starters

CHICKEN SHASHLICK

Spicy chicken shashlick with onion, peppers and tomatoes. Diced chicken marinated
with yoghurt, tamarind, garlic, ginger, pureed onion, tumeric, chilli, chilli pate, lime
juice, garam masala and then roasted in the tandoor

LAMB CHOPS

Lamb chops marinated in lime, ginger and garlic paste, turmeric, coriander, cumin,
and hung yoghurt cooked on a skewer over a traditional tandoori charcoal oven.

MASALA FISH

Bengali White Fish marinated in special spice and then roasted in the tandoor

PANIR SHASHLICK (V)

Cottage cheese marinated in special spices and then roasted in the tandoor

PAKORA (V)

Fresh Onion, red Lentil and grated Potato marinated in Chick Pea Flour, Turmeric, Fenugreek
and Garam Masala

 

Mains

BILASH SUPER

Special recipe of Bilash, this consists marinated diced chicken tikka which is grilled
in charcoal clay oven. Thereafter cooked with the following, onions, garlic and ginger,
curry leaf, then added spicy tomato sauce then served with fresh cream

CHICKEN JALFREZI

Chicken is first char grilled, and then cooked with caramelised onion,
cumin, garam masala and coriander

PALAK GHOST

Marinated tender pieces of mutton cooked together with cinnamon,
cardamom and clove, a touch of chilli, coriander, cumin and fresh spinach

MAACHER JHOOL

Spicy hot Bengali fish curry, a typical Bengali fish curry seasoned with ground spices,
ginger, fresh chillies and turmeric

MIXED SABJI MASALA (V)

Fresh mixed vegetables cooked together with tomato and mustard

Main course served with a choice of naan bread or safron pilou rice.
Lunch served between 12-2pm.
