We are thrilled to present our distinguished à la carte menu featuring exclusively fresh, meticulously sourced ingredients.

We kindly request your patience as each dish is artfully crafted from scratch, ensuring the absence of pre-made sauces and preserving the distinctiveness of our culinary creations.

STARTER

All starters we are served with freshly grated Carrot, Black Chickpeas, Cucumber & Tomato

MACHLI TIKKA – £15

Fresh Salmon, marinated in lightly spiced dry yoghurt, lime, white pepper, cumin and ginger cooked in the charcoal tandoor oven.

CHINGREE BUTTERFLY – £15

Fresh Prawn soaked in spiced egg with Kashmiri chilli, garlic, black pepper, coriander, coated with breadcrumbs, dressed with a delicious herb mango dressing.

PAKORA (V) – £15

Fresh onions, potatoes, and spinach coated with chickpea flour, Bilash whole spice, coriander and fenugreek.

CHINGREE PURI – £15

Prawns stir-fried in caramelised onion, roasted red pepper, coriander, and cumin, served on a Puri.

PANEER TIKKA – £15

Freshly made Paneer coated in dry yoghurt, lime, Kashmiri chilli spice, garam masala, ginger and garlic cooked in the charcoal tandoor oven

MURGH TIKKA – £15

Breast pieces of chicken marinated in Bilash tandoor spice cooked in the charcoal tandoor oven along with green pepper, onion and tomato.

TANDOORI LAMB CHOPS – £20

Fresh Lamb chops marinated in yoghurt, Bilash red chilli spice, ginger, lime, turmeric and cumin cooked in the charcoal tandoor oven.

BOTI KEBAB – £20

Fresh Pieces of Lamb cubed fillet marinated in spiced beetroot, with roasted cumin and coriander spice, Bilash red chilli spice, fenugreek and garam masala , cooked I n the charcoal tandoor oven along with Red pepper, onion and tomato.

A traditional Bengali dish using roasted pieces of chicken in a homemade tamarind sauce with fresh chillI coriander spice, fenugreek and curry leaf.

BILASH SUPER – £28.00

Our Signature Chicken dish which is known as a RoyalButter Chicken from Bangladesh. A unique dish combined with fresh Herbs, Yoghurt, Coriander and Garam Masala.

SHAHI QURMA – £28.00

Pices of breast marinated in hung yoghurt, lime, cashew nut paste, pista, cooked in garam masala, cumin seeds and fresh coriander

BENGAL CHILLI MURGH – £28.00
