CHICKEN DISHES

BENGALI CHILLI MURGH

A traditional Bengali dish using roasted pieces of chicken, in a homemade tamarind sauce with fresh chilly, coriander spice, fenugreek and curry leaf.

BILASH SUPER

Our Signature Chicken dish which is known as a RoyalButter Chicken from Bangladesh. A unique dish combined with fresh Herbs, Yoghurt, Coriander and Garam Masala.

LAMB DISHES

KASHMIRI ROGAN JOSH

Mutton curry cooked with a home made spiced picked onion tomato sauce, fresh coriander, red chilli, curry leaf, fenugreek and cumin spice.

LAL MAAS

Fresh Mutton cooked in caramelised Onion, whole red and green Chillies, Bay Leaf, Star anise, Cinnamon and fresh Coriander.

FISH DISHES

PRAWN MALAI

A Bengali curry made from King prawns, coconut milk and flavoured with spices.

MACHER JHOOL

A classic from the heart of Bangladesh, Fresh Seabass cooked together in our home-made Bengali Fish Masala paste, Onion puree, Lime, Coriander & Chilli.

VEGETARIAN DISHES

ALOO GHOBI MASALA

Fresh Baby potatoe and cauliflower cooked together in mustard seeds, bay leaf, turmeric, coriander & Cumin spice and fresh tomatoes

SHAHI PANEER

Fresh Paneer cooked in our homemade Tomato and Yoghurt paste, Coriander & Cumin Spice, Curry Leaf.
